Fox Logic provides Website Development, Point of Sale System, Hosting, and Domain Registration services to its clients in Pakistan, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best possible services.

All clients / accounts & services of Fox Logic are subject to the following terms of service:

Indemnification Policy
You agree to use all Fox Logic services and facilities at your own risk. Fox Logic specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Fox Logic be liable for any loss, or loss of data, or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages.
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Fox Logic harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against Fox Logic, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it’s agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Fox Logic against liabilities arising out of any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Fox Logic’s servers.
Fox Logic reserves the right to intervene with any of the sites hosted on its servers in the interest of its customers. Any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party Copyright infringement any defective products sold to customer from Fox Logic’s server. Fox Logic shall be the sole judge of what violates this Policy.

Discount Terms
Fox Logic often offers discounts and promotional offers to customers on web hosting service. These are limited period offers and it’s valid for first term only. The discounted price will not be applicable on renewals. After completing the initial term the web hosting services will automatically renew at regular rate.

Your responsibility

• You must check email address inbox / spam / junk folders associated with your account for
  • Renewal of domain / hosting & other subscribed services notifications
  • Invoice notifications
  • General announcements
  • Services updates
  • Policy update
  • Domain expiry notifications
• You must have to renew domain / hosting services before the expiry to save late fee charges.
• You are responsible for the security of your accounts login credentials and information.
• You must take weekly / monthly backups from your respective control panels and download / save them in your local PC, Laptops, and USB drives.
