Our aggregate liability for claims arising solely from website use (not from a separate signed services agreement) shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim for services giving rise to liability, or (b) fifty United States dollars (USD $50) if no such payments exist.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fox Logic from claims or losses arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights by content you submit—except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Lahore, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or website use, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived in your jurisdiction.
12. Signed agreements prevail
If you enter a statement of work, master services agreement, order form, or similar signed document with Fox Logic, its terms control for that engagement where they conflict with these Terms.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site for service-related purposes after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
